Arabian Nursery in Dubai – Alif Ya Early Learning Center

MY LANGUAGE
MY IDENTITY

At Alif Ya, we bring the world-renowned Creative Curriculum to life in Arabic—infused with the richness of Arabic values and heritage

Emirati Culture Integrated into Daily class

We integrate Emirati culture into daily activities in age-appropriate ways across all age groups. For younger children, this includes traditional songs, stories, and sensory play using regional materials and themes. As children grow, we introduce elements such as Emirati dress-up, local customs, national celebrations, and storytelling that reflect UAE heritage. Older age groups explore cultural values, language expressions, foods, and traditions through project-based learning and classroom discussions, helping them develop a strong sense of identity, respect, and connection to the UAE’s rich cultural heritage.

Our Age-Wise Programs

Every age brings something new, and we’re here to support every step.

Infants

(0–12 months)

We focus on building strong, nurturing relationships and providing a safe, sensory-rich environment. Through responsive care and one-on-one interaction, infants develop trust, early communication, and motor skills. Daily routines support emotional security and healthy brain development

Toddlers

(12–24 months)

We support early independence and exploration through purposeful play and language-rich interactions. Early toddlers begin to express themselves, follow simple routines, and develop motor coordination. At this age, the focus is solely on Arabic to help children build a strong early connection with the language

Twos

(2–3 years)

We emphasize social-emotional growth, early language development, and hands-on discovery. Toddlers learn to cooperate, express their needs, and explore basic concepts in math, science, and literacy. Arabic will remain the primary focus, while English will be gradually introduced as a second language through a dedicated daily class.

Pre-School

(3–4 years)

Children engage in deeper learning through guided play, creative expression, and structured group activities. We focus on building foundational reading skills in Arabic and English, promoting curiosity, problem-solving, and early literacy and numeracy. Social skills and self-help abilities are key priorities.

Pre-K

(4–5 years)

Our KG 1 program prepares children for formal schooling with a balance of academic readiness and social-emotional development. We emphasize phonics, early reading and writing, and number concepts in both Arabic and English. Creative projects and themed studies encourage critical thinking and collaboration.

Kindergarten

(5–6 years)

KG 2 builds strong academic foundations across both languages, with increased focus on literacy, math, and inquiry-based learning. Children are encouraged to express ideas, solve problems, and work cooperatively. We support readiness for primary school through structured lessons, confidence-building, and communication skills.

Friday Messages

Every Friday, we share personalized messages for each child. These weekly reports capture the child’s standout moments—whether it’s a new achievement, a meaningful interaction with peers, or progress in a particular area of learning. They offer insight into the child’s individual journey, celebrate their growth, and help keep families connected to their experiences in the classroom
